Hatha Yoga
Ideal for first timers to yoga. An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga postures. It is the practise of basic postures combined with correct alignment and breathing technique. Class is conducted at a more relaxed pace where students are encouraged to ask questions.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a class which emphasize the connection between one asana and the breath. As such, it aims at developing cardiovascular fitness and strength. It utilises a specific breathing technique used to calm the mind and generates substantial body-cleansing inner heat.
This is suitable for beginner to intermediate practitioners who is familiar with the poses (asanas) in terms of alignment and breathing techniques.
Ashtanga Led
Ashtanga Primary series will be taught and it is a series of practise to be developed into self practise. It is a combination of poses (asanas), breath, gazing point (dristi), and bandhas (energy locks). There will be standing poses, seated and finishing sequence which incorporate the vinyasa.
This class will be suitable for regular practitioners.
Kids Yoga
Kids will learn not only poses (asanas) which will benefit their body and motor skills. It will incorporate breathing, visualisation, creativity and build confident levels as well as the art of communication through our yoga story and yoga play.
There is an optional programme of Kids Baking/Cooking class right after Kids Yoga.
Parents are advised to book in advance.
Pre and Post
This is the time to reconnect with wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby experience.

Pilates
The Pilates Method is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength without building bulk. It is made up of a series of controlled movements designed to engage your body and mind. By strengthening and elongating the muscles, it can prevent injury among athletes, dancers and just about anyone. It significantly reduces the recovery time for soft tissue injuries and can also be safely used by pregnant women to recover their body shape and tone after pregnancy.
It promotes physical harmony and balance for people of all ages (18-80) while providing refreshing and energizing workout. It tones and balances the body by maximizing performance through a concentrated effort on specific muscles.
When correct breathing is used and the exercise performed in a flowing movement, weak muscles will be strengthen and bulky ones elongated. It is also used as an alternative to gyms and in some cases, a complement to weight-training regimes regardless of fitness levels.
